The Gujarat STEM Exhibit is the flagship annual event that brings together students, teachers, innovators, policymakers, and industry leaders to celebrate breakthrough ideas and creative solutions developed by Gujarat’s youth.
This three-day extravaganza features live demonstrations, interactive pavilions, expert jury panels, innovation competitions, and recognition for outstanding projects across multiple categories.
Students who participate in STEM workshops are encouraged to submit their innovations for state-level recognition, mentorship opportunities, and potential incubation support.

Innovation & Creativity (25%) : Originality of idea and creative approach to problem-solving
Scientific Merit (25%): Sound application of STEM principles and concepts
Social Impact (20%): Potential to address real community needs and create positive change
Execution & Design (15%): Quality of prototype, functionality, and presentation
Sustainability (10%): Environmental considerations and long-term viability
Presentation Skills (5%): Clarity of communication and demonstration
How to Participate
- School Registration: Teachers register their school and nominate student projects (individual or team)
- Project Submission: Upload project details, photos/videos, and documentation via online portal
- District Screening: District-level evaluation selects top projects for state exhibition
- Final Exhibition: Selected teams present at the state-level Gujarat STEM Exhibit
- Awards & Recognition: Winners announced during the closing ceremony with prizes and certificates
