Empowering educators is at the heart of our mission. The STAMP Program offers three comprehensive pathways designed to enhance teaching practice, build innovation facilitation skills, and create a community of STEM champions across Gujarat.
Programs
Basic Training
Equip teachers with enquiry-based STEM pedagogy, hands-on classroom activities, and low-cost innovation models.
- Duration: 1–2 days | Mode: Online / Offline / Hybrid
- Outcomes: Certificate of completion, Activity Handbook, STEM Classroom Project Kit
- Eligibility: All Government & Aided school teachers
Master Trainer Bootcamp
Develop a cohort of 25 Master Trainers capable of leading workshops across districts.
- Duration: 3-day residential bootcamp + mentoring assignments
- Curriculum: STEM pedagogy, classroom facilitation, design thinking, student innovation
- Outcomes: Master Trainer Certificate, mentoring roster, project incubation support
- Requirement: Completion of Basic Training + Selection Criteria
Blended Course (STEM & Innovation in Teaching)
Sustained teacher development through an 8–12 week hybrid course with project-based learning & assessment.
- Weekly 2-hour live sessions + asynchronous modules
- Peer review, reflection journals, and final project submission
- Certificate & eligibility to become lead educator
Children Innovation Festival
Annual state-level STEM exhibition for students, clubs and schools to showcase innovations.
