Objective
Develop an elite cohort of 25 Master Trainers who will lead STEM transformation across Gujarat’s districts — facilitating workshops, mentoring teachers, supporting lab setup, and championing innovation in their regions.
Program Details
Duration : 3-day intensive residential bootcamp + 6-month mentoring period
Bootcamp Curriculum
- Advanced STEM pedagogy and facilitation skills
- Workshop design and delivery techniques
- Design thinking and innovation frameworks
- Student assessment and project mentorship
- Community mobilization and stakeholder engagement
- Leadership and cascade training methodologies
Selection Process
Application-based selection considering:
- Completion of Basic Training (mandatory)
- Teaching experience and innovation track record
- Demonstrated commitment to STEM education
- Geographic representation and diversity
Program Outcomes
✓ Master Trainer Certificate from GTU & UNICEF

Responsibilities After Certification
- Conduct minimum 10 Basic Training sessions annually
- Facilitate 15+ student workshops in district schools
- Mentor teachers in STEM Lab utilization
- Support schools in Gujarat STEM Exhibit participation
- Contribute to policy dialogues and resource development
